About WorkoutTimer

Workout Timer is an application that supports a weight training in an accurate rhythm.
It is especially effective when running slow weight training.

When you do self-wight training, Workout timer helps you to concentrate on your muscle.

Let Workout Timer count, you could focus on your muscle itself.
This software doesn't features any funny function though, enjoy Workout Timer to get stronger muscles.

If you do a normal workout, you just set the timer as you want.

To repeat aerobic and anaerobic exercise every 30 seconds,

- shortening:3 sec
- stay:0 sec
- lengthening:3 sec
